My 2002 ford ranger running lights and instrument panel dont work
Front and rear running lights along with instrument panel bulbs wont turn on (brake/reverse lights, headlights and dome light work).15A fuse keeps blowing under hood; new headlight switch, dashboard bulbs, and rear tail lamps were then replaced; voltmeter says 12.55v in the fuse socket after fuse is removed. possible ground problem? All this after i=I installed a 1200v power inverter. Power invert now disconnected but problem still happening. Please help.

was the correct bulb used? this sounds like a single function bulb was used NOT the bulb that will light with the headlights and ALso produce turn singles
first check fuse if fuse okay the turn signal lights dont work and flasher dont work problem could be faulty turn signal switch or faulty hazard flasher.which locate on fuse panel under instrument panel to the left of the steering column.
First check all the fuses that say instrument panel, and if they are all good then you will need to remove the dash and replace the bulbs on the right side. I hope this helps please rate this and thank you
