Question about 2004 Jaguar X-Type
Twice the car wouldn't start. Immobiliser light stayed flashing when key turned to start. Both times happened in cold weather. Righted itself in 2 days
I suspect the cold weather was the fundamental problem, usually emanating from a battery voltage drop, and kicking in the on board computer gremlins.
Jags just don't like it !
Lets hope the weather improves for you there in UK, and your little gremlin does not return.
