NOT EXACTLY WHAT YOU ASKED BUT VALUABLE INFO I THINK YOU'LL AGREE?

There are several common cruise control failures on Saabs. The pedal switch failures are the most common problem. What generally occurs is that the pedal switches become mis-adjusted or the ears get broken off the switches causing a no contact condition. Another common problem is that the cruise vacuum hose leading from the vacuum pump under the false bulkhead begins to crack where the vacuum fitting is located at the firewall.. The third most common failure is an intermittent functioning cruise control module. This can often be identified by noting that the cruise will work intermittently (900 & 9000 only).

Another Issue: On turbo models, there is a vacuum controlled switch, located near the pump (red cap) that cuts the signal to the APC solenoid valve when the cruise control is on (switch opens). If the switch is faulty (I broke mine on rough road), it can keep turbo boost at the "basic" level even if the cruise is turned off. The APC boost gauge will only go half-way into the yellow region, and performance will suffer. Either replace the vacuum controlled switch or pull the pigtail connector below the switch and short the ends of the yellow/white wire going to the APC solenoid valve and
proper turbo boost should return. Be aware that if this second fix is employed, your turbo is not limited in boost when in cruise control.

SOURCE: 2006 Saab 9-7 SUV 5.3 V-8 oil consumption

There is a PIP on this concern that states that you're vehicule may have a pcv system problem. Simply take off you're air intake tube (the tube between the trottle body and air filter) and check to see if the trottle body or air intake tube are oily inside (like realy wet). If so i'd recomend going to you're dealer, they got a special procedure for this problem.

Fuse location for cruise control

Since there is no throttle cable, there is no "cruise control" fuse. The fuses used are #7, 9,and 13 in the under hood fuse/relay box and #18 in the under dash fuse/relay box. The most common failure is a bad brake pedal switch. Does the cruise control main switch "on" light work when the switch is pressed? The gauge control module (instrument panel) and the PCM control the cruise control.

I have a 2000 9-5 saab 4 cylinder but the a/c doesnt always blow but it sometimes blows, the cruise control doesnt work, and the engine has a knocking noise.

Well, these are 3 issues and for the A/C have to check the coolant pressure, engine knock is not good and will have to have it checked out by someone who knows Saabs.

IM TRYING TO FIND THE CRUISE CONTROL FUSE AND FUSE BOX LOCATION ON A FORD F-350 2006 SUPER DUTY TRUCK AUTOMATIC.

the fuse panel is under the plastic panel on the left of the steering wheel, the cruise does not have a deicated fuse, it is controlled by the powertrain control module, if the truck runs the cruise has power, the most common cause of the cruise being inop is he rotating contact under the steering wheel, it is called the clock-spring contact
