Question about 1995 Nissan Altima
The lights do not dim. the engine will not turn over
If you have a multimeter you can do a starter draw test. provided your battery is good and connections are solid if you connect your meter to the battery and have someone attempt to start the car. set the meter on dc volts on the lowest setting. should be like 20 volts. when the engine is trying to start the meter shouldnt go below 9 volts. if it does you have a bad starter. if it doesnt do anything then its the solenoid.
