Question about 1991 Lexus LS 400
Temperature display and clock are out
I had the same problem with my climate control panel. It is a very common problem with 1990-1996 LS400's . I got a rebuilt (better than new) one on EBAY for $150 with complete instructions for installation. You can get a used one (parted out) for about $40 but no guarantees and no instructions. Search EBAY and type in ls400 climate control and find 58 offers.

Possibly a backlight bulb? can you see anything displayed by shining a light at it? If not check your fuses, for a memory or instrument fuse? Hope this helps you! Merry Christmas!
