My 2003 buick rendezous want start at all just clicks when i turn the switch. i replaced battery and starter but still nothing. i was told the motor locked. not sure what could it be?

Could be.I didn't think about this. First remove the drive belt. Then use a breaker bar on the crank shaft bolt. (lowest pulley on the engine) turn it clockwise. If it doesn't move, turn it counter clockwise. If it does or doesn't move(bolt breaks loose), then engine is locked.

I have a 2003 Chevy cavalier and the wiper blades don't move but I see and hear the motor turning. What could be wrong with it and how can I fix it myself.

Take the wiper arm and try to move it if it's easy to move then ....we call it the transmission between wiper arm and motor itself. little teeths are gone wiper arm side or transmission

or transmission arms are disconnected

Driver wiper not working

Yes. Immediately in front of your windshield is a panel about 3 or 4 inches wide and that panel, which is the same color as your car, goes from one front fender across to the other one.
That panel, which has many vent holes or louvres in it, also has 2 holes for your wiper arms and blades, where they attach.
That panel will come off, sometimes you have to remove the whole hood of the car to get it off.
(You have to take both wiper arms & blade assembly off first.)
You will then find the linkage from the wiper motor to the driver's wiper arm/blade is disconnected.
(The wiper motor is about the size of your fist, and has a few wires attached to it.)
Probably a plastic bushing has fallen apart on the connecting link.
You will need to get a new or good used connecting link and attach it.

Where to add waher fluid for rear wiper on a 2003 trailblazer

It uses the same fluid as the front wipers. There is a hose that connects in the same spot under the hood, make sure this has not come off. Happened to mine when I had the windsheild replaced.

Windsheild Wipers will not move, the arm seems to be slipping on the motor shaft,

It sounds like you live in a climate were snow and ice occurs. If so a lot of people leave their wipers on upon shutting off their cars. If you happen to do that and the windsheild had moister on it or if the snow starter falling while your vehicle was still warm it will freeze. The larger the snow amount the stronger the force will be if you start your vehicle up the next morning with your wipers buried in frozen ice & snow. Since the wipers were not shut off the wiper motor will run and the wiper blades will not. This will strip the linkage the wiper arms press onto leaving you with out working windsheild wipers
