I have a 2002 villager estate I just got, and the power seat on the dirvers side will not work, along with the power mirrors. I think it is related to the memory seats, since that controls both. Has anyone else had this problem. Also, the fan on the A/C only works on 4 and the other switch for where the air comes out doesn\'t work. Anyone else? the drivers window switch only puts the window up if you pull really hard on it.

Use a flex head ratchet wrench to remove the seat, or temporary battery to power the seat, non power seat will fit but disabling you side air bag will shut down the whole SRS, and no air bags will work, this is against the law in some states

2009 impala driver side power seat won't move up/down, makes whirring sound when attempted. Moves forward backward. Passenger seat works properly.

Before you do any of the expensive things disconnect and reconnect the wiring to the seat I had the same exact problem with my 2009 Chevy Impala and was ready to take it to the dealer when I disconnected the power cables to it and reconnected them I found that one of the Harnesses was loose and the problem was solved

2002 nissan maxima driver seat won't work all electric is it the motor or need a new seat

Have the switch tested for the seat and also verify the seat has power to the switch before you do any parts replacing. Power seats have more than one electric motor and it very unlikely that all would stop working. Go under the seat and locate the heavy connector that comes out of the rug and connects to the seat, using a 12 volt test light probe the connector and see that at least one of the heavy wires there is "hot", you may need the key on. If you find no power check owners manual for the location of the power seat fuses, they are likely under the hood. Good luck and hope this helped. Please rate my help for Fixya, it helps to improve my standing on the site. Thanks
