Question about 2002 Dodge Durango
Hi my name is Allen!
There are three possible causes with this problem, the first is the one we see the most, which is a vacuum problem under the hood near the heater core hoses, as this is where the vacuum hose comes out for the operation of the doors. The second could be a broken door or some thing blocking the door from working properly. The third and most uncommon is the control head itself has an internal problem. I would start with the vacuum under the hood.
