Question about 2004 Nissan Sentra

Driver side side mirror is broken. What can be done? the whole side mirror unit cost about $120.

Go to the nissan dealer and buy just the glass for 30 bucks!

If the mirror housing is in place, Have one cut to fit. Glue it in. If the housing is broken, replace all of it. You can't fix a broken side mirror. Tried to many times.

How to replace the entire driver side view mirror on my 2011 Nissan Sentra?


You must remove the panel behind the mirror on the inside of the door.It may be a small pop off panel or you may have to remove the entire door panel.Once removed you will see three nuts on the back of the mirror,remove them and unplug the wire.Then reverse the procedure.

I've got a broken driver side rear view mirror on a 1990 Buick Century. I've got the replacement mirror, I just need help getting the old mirror off the door. Suggestions?


This is what you do take the door skin off of the inside of the door and at the top corner there will be i think three nuts and than your going to need door clips after your done in order to put the door panal back on

The part can be bought on ebay or even craigs list, Many junkyards have them too a good price is $20 but their just under $100 new

The Mirror or the whole unit? Typically you cannot just swope out Mirrors. When you replace them you have to buy the whole unit. In order to remove the unit you must remove the bolts from the inside of the door. The bolts are typically underneath a cover of some sort. Hope this helps! Good Luck!

most mirror glass pops out it has plastic clips on back of glass. first practice on broken one take a flat head screw driver and use rag to protect paint pry around glass to release but be gentle at the same time hope this helps u

As far as I know, there glass replacements that you can glue right int old unit. You will have to check if they make one for your application though.

3 bolt if it manuel if electric 3 bolt and the electric connector sometime you have to move the panel to reach the connector good luck pierre
