Re: unknown motor running inside headbord in rear cargo...
Is the "Rear Air" control switch above the driver seat turned to "Rear" if so, turn it to "off" or Front and you can control the climate for the rear cabin. If this does not work, then a relay may be stuck.

This is normally behind the floor kick panels in front or in the rear cargo area next to the Air-ride switch. The rear cargo area switch may be behind a plastic panel cover and is usually paired up with the Air-ride.
Hello, Check your fuse panel and the Airride switch in the cargo area. It is usually next to the fuelpump safety switch.
Here is how the system works. The vehicle is suppose to stay low for loading and for passengers to get in and out of the vehicle. Every opening (Doors, Rear cargo lid) has to be shut before the AirRide pump will work. Then the pump will work and level the vehicle.
For the doors, it uses the doorjam switches and there is a jam switch in the cargo area opening too! This switch may look more like the one on a refrigerator or can run off the hinge mechanism. For the most part, the door ajar warning will tell you there is a problem in the openings.
After the engine is started, a Relay will power the pump. It is probably your problem if a fuse has not blown. Check with Autozone or similar for an Airpump Relay. The Air release vent Solenoid is a different part and not your problem. If the vent Solenoid was stuck, your pump would run and the vehicle would not raise.
I hope my Solution is very helpful in fixing your Expedition. There is a Diagnostic plug which requires a better Scanner to read, but it is quick and accurate. You would have to call around for Service places having the special scanner for this job if the Relay does not fix your problem.
I'm not familiar with the construction of the Cordoba. However, If it was leaking before you replaced the windshield, you'll probably have to disassemble the dash or whole dash area to find the actual leak source. If it wasn't leaking before you replaced the glass, then I'd assume it's a small spot that didn't get sealed properly or has developed a small leak in or around the new seal. Take the trim off/ apart and test small areas with a hose or cups of water to possibly find the spot/area that's leaking.
This may be too late in posting. There are some great air fresheners that are a quick, inexpensive fix. The brand you want to look for is called Auto Expressions, Ventfresh airfresheners. Pep boys in my area, colorado springs, has a better choice than
autozone. They run about 3-4$ for a package of four. AE vent clips look better
in the vents than Refresh and other brands which have big round white head that
clash with the black.
There are 2 fuse panels in car, 1 under hood and the second under drivers side of dash, above hood release area. Radio fuse should be under dash, most likely a blue(15amp) fuse. The fuse panel glossery should be on inside cover of fuse panel or in owners manual under fuses in glossery.
make sure the control knob on the dash is on "RR". This lets the driver control all the vents in the back. The heat only comes out of the floor vents, if you have the knob on the blue dots that represents the air conditioning in which the cool air will come out of the vents up above in the back. There is also an area on the control knob on the dash where you can turn the knob to shut the heat and air conditioning off. If the knob is in this position then you can control everything with the knob up above the seat right behind the driver's seat.
