Question about 1997 GMC Sierra K2500
My truck was running until I shut it off. It wouldn't restart, it acted like it might, but then wouldn't fire. Now it won't even try to start. I'm wondering if I should continue looking for an in line filter or if I need to change the fuel pump out.
On the drivers side frame rail (inside) is your fuel filter. Cheap to replace. But if you don't hear the pump cycling prior to attempting start it is more than likely pump in the tank. Check fuses first though. Big job
