Windshield wipers don't work

We have a 1995 Plymouth Grand Voyager. Replaced the wiper motor and they still don't work. Could the switch be bad? And is this easy to replace?

Could be a loose ground. run a jumper wire from the bottom of the wiper motor to the frame. then try wipers.

Why wipers don`t work?

check fuses, if good then it could be a bad wiper switch or motor. check for powers and grounds at the motor with the switch turned on. a common problem is the wiper motor looses it`s ground. take a wire long enough to touch one end on the negative battery terminal and the other on the wiper motor, make sure you scratch the wiper motor down to the metal if it starts to work then you will have to supply an auxiliary ground wire to the motor. the other thing is the motor itself may have worn brushes. sometimes with the motor turn on and you tap it with a hammer and it starts to work then the motor will have be replaced.

I changed the relay fuse to my windshield wipers and the knob and my wipers still wont work on my 98 plymoth grand voyager what should i check

Turn wipers on (veh in "on" or "acc" position)
Disconnect the electrical connection at the windshield wiper motor (located in the engine compartment on the fire wall) and check for voltage. If you have voltage, there is a good possibility your windshield wiper motor is bad.
You may also: Disconnect the electrical connection at the windshield motor and run a heavy gauge wire directly from the positive side of the battery to the motor. If you get the windshield motor to come on. There may be only a wiring (short) problem between the relay and the motor.
