If it's like our Saturn, you might have two places to look. We have one under the dash by the dirvers feet and another under the hood. They usally have a cover and when you remove the cover to expose the fuses and relays the insde of the cover will have a dyagram of what each fuse or relay is for, good luck, hope this was some help.

it could be the actual motor burnt out or siezed wich is causing the fuses to blow and the motor is under the bonet just below the windowscreen near the top vents.

'97 sentra wipers stop at different places on the glass. Is it the motor that's faulty?

if the wipers will not work all the way, it is a good indication that the motor is failing. the cam on inside of motor is bad.

Windshield wipers stopped working on 1998 Nissan Sentra. Is it a fuse problem? If so, where is fuse box and which fuse? Is it a motor problem? is this an easy diy fix?

Water can enter and displace the grease in the wiper arm linkage ball joint where the wiper linkage attaches to the wiper motor linkage.

This can result in gradual wear over a period of time inside the joint that could lead to the separation of the wiper linkage assembly from the wiper motor linkage at the ball joint. A loss of windshield wiper function can result when this separation occurs.

To prevent grease from being washed out of the joint, the dealers will modify by adding a water diversion seal that will prevent water from entering the windshield wiper linkage ball joint area.

97 Sentra wipers won't wipe

they have grooves that are supposed to keep them in there. If not, you can place a little bit of silicone type glue to the grooved shaft. If it has no grooves, the only solution is to replace the motor with a known good one. If the wipers freeze during cold winters, some people don't wait to defrost the windshield, they turn on the wipers as soon as they turn on the car. this will cause damage to the wiper motor and or the wipers.doing this enough times the small grooves on the motor shaft will wear down.
