Question about 1994 Dodge Intrepid
Temp. dropped to -30 -40, car started for the 1st 4 days, even through
-40 2 days in a row, on the 5th day it was -15 and the car decided not to start. it turns over fine, i recently installed a block heater. maybe its my coil or a burnt distributor cap. how do i go about checkin spark from my coil, is it on the bottom of my distributor? because i pulled that one to check for spark and it shut all dash board lights off completley. couldnt turn car over from there.
Could just be your connector at the coil pack/module. That was my problem.

Check the voltage on your battery with a voltmeter should be at least 12 volts without any power hooked up to it.
Pull a spark plug wire off of the coil, have someone crank the starter and hold the plug wire very close to the coil (same place you pulled the wire from) to see if there is a spark. Be careful and stay away from the engine will it is cranking
Charge the battery.
Check altenator belt and connections.
warm the car or battery (can you get the car in your garage?)
