Start by checking for power at the window motor in door.you will need to remove door panel to do this and make sure window switch is plugged back in when you test.

SOURCE: power windows

As long as the windows will work fine some of the time, it sounds like the problem is in the power supply and replacing the fuse should fix it, otherwise there may be a loose wire somewhere in the circuitry.

SOURCE: 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Problem

I would start by checking all the fuses under the hood.
There is a fuse called IOD which the factory leaves out and gets put in at the dealer.
That fuse could be bad.

you need to go to an alarm installer and have them disarm the alarm. If you try to disarm yourself, you could possibly damage computer configurations.

SOURCE: passenger window stuck down

NO COST and fast PROCEDURE TO FIX IT, if just one window stuck:

1. Sit in vehicle, on seat next to problematic window
2. Ignition key is on
3. Door in question is opened (in case you closed it)
4. While door is open, press and hold power window button in desired window travel, keep button pressed !!
5. SLAM hard the door closed with one hand while other hand holds button as per #4.
6. Watch window operate as it should.

7. Repeat 3-6 if necessary, but usually the first try works!

This way, try this first before spending $ at the dealer, or taking door apart to hit motor. as mentioned above post.

Passenger and rear pwer windows will not work. The drivers window works fine. It is a 2000 plymouth voyager

Fuse would be first to check but probably not that. I would think all the windows would be on one circuit. Motors rarely go bad and it seems to be what most people replace first so use that as your last resort. My guess is that the control switch is bad and needs to be replaced (buttons on the driver door). It generally comes in one whole unit but you might be able to buy just the one switch.

I need a passenger side rear window for my 1988 dodge caravan, what all years of vehicle can use to replace it with?

First, Dodge Caravan,Plymouth Voyager, and Chrysler Town And Country are all the same basic minivan. Next, passenger and driver side windows are the same. They simply 'flip over' from one side to the other.
You need to be sure if you have a Grand "xyz" or not. Grand models are longer, and use a longer rear window. Middle windows are the same length either way.
I know that 1984 through 1992 windows are interchangable as long as you match Grand to Grand, and non-grand to non-grand. I think you can use up through 1995, in 1996 they redesigned and the shape is a little different.
Oh, and try to get the factory tinted rear windows if you can, they will help keeping cool in the summer (the middle ones help a LOT if they are tinted)

Passenger side window stopped working on 2005 grand caravan. How do I fix it?

Is this an electric operated window or manual? You'll never know exactly what the cure is until you remove the door panel and evaluate the problem. If it's electric then you may have to replace the motor and/or remove and repair non-working or worn parts. Good Luck!!
