71-65-66 NOV 97 Engine Controls - EVAP DTC's P1665 & P1676 Added " that is from alldata as a TSB i dont know what "EVAP" is though.

Trouble Code - AutoZone

AutoZone... power circuit is open (check ENG EMISS fuse). Purge solenoid is damaged, or the PCM has failed. TSB 71-65-66 contains a repair procedure for this code ..

it sounds to me like you have a short in your CCRM(Constant Control Relay Module). It controls your fuel pump, your PCM, and your engine fan.

you need to have the car scann the ecu and see whtat code show posible you have problem whit coil pack or sark wires or ignition module

slow starting diesels are related to battery not charged enough or faulty ( diesels have to sin fast when cranking) also it is an indication of low injector pressures or bad injector tips squirting and not atomizing

I do not have the code but if you have a diesel the check that the glo-plugs are working . Check fuse to the relay

You need a repair shop to properly diagnose why you have any codes

There is no way to unlock the stereo if you have forgotten the code. Nobody here can offer you a universal code.

I don't show a code 113 for a Buick, but the code means the signal from the air temp sensor is high, which means the air temp is below zero or the sensor is faulty, or a problem with the wiring to the sensor.
Code 1676 is a problem with the canister purge solenoid which is how the computer vents the fuel tank. Could also be a problem with the vent for the tank.

looks like most of you trouble is the "oxygen sensor". it in the exhaust pipe, about $25 PLUS. Changing it may very well help most of your other code problems, I would start there, it is a simple fix, you then need to clear all codes and see what comes up after replacement. You may come out very lucky.
