2005 saturn relay 3 will not stop beeping

This is probably a temp thing...night brings colder temps. The wiring may be failing or the steering wheel portion over the horn might harden and cause it to touch the center of the horn to make it go off.

THE AIR BAGS TURN OFF AND ON BECAUSE IT GOES BY WEIGHT... AND IT ALSO GOES OFF WHEN YOU ARE GOING A LOWER SPEED AND WHEN YOU ARE GOING A HIGHER SPEED THEY WILL COME BACK ON.

Check your battery cable bolts at the battery for tight connections or corrosion.Also have you had a new battery installed recently?? Connections might be loose or stripped battery terminal bolts.Try moving the cables while engine is running & see if an assistant can help watch your guages for any signs of trouble.

sounds like you have a faulty relay switch, relay's are contact breakers that open and close when power to them is asked for, ( like small timer switches ),your symptoms sound like this type of fault......
