Question about 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee
I see that others have had the same problem. My question has to do with dropping the unit from it's location in order to fix it. I loosened the one screw that is there. The front side came loose and I gently tugged at it, attempting to move the unit in different directions in order to fully drop it. I did not want to break anything by forcing it too miuch What is the magic move I need to do to fully dis-engage the unit? Thank you in advance for your help.
