Question about 2006 Toyota Camry
My father owns a newer Toyota Camry and sometimes when he starts the car his dash display will shutdown and then come back up. After this interruption/reboot/whatever the display units have changed from his preferred units to metric (L/100km, degreesC, etc). He manually changes them back but he is concerned that this may be a symptom of a more significant problem. Have any other owners experienced this? Anyone have a fix?
You could have a battery going bad. When you crank it the voltage is dropping and you lose your memory.
