Question about 1994 Honda Civic
You may have to remove the ignition to get to it and or you may have to replace the ignition switch with a used one with another key in it or a key that is available for that ignition switch. Perhaps you can try to spray a little lubricant into the key slot "with the key still in it" and try to wiggle it out.
