Question about 2004 Chevrolet Astro
Had this problem with my 96@98 awd astro. replace the wiper control module 40 dollars at parts store takes 15 min to replace common problem with astro s directions to fix come with module the module is under the hood against the firewall close to the driverside remove the 4 screws on the black plastic cover@ remove next remove the circuit board and replace with new make sure to seal with silicon will fix the problem for good

The relay is prob burnt out causing it to short in the on position it will prob. require a pigtail and relay as it might be melted together. I got the last one I needed off a junk car and it was cheap
