Have you checked your freon level? The compressor will not engauge when the R134 level is too low .More than likely you need to recharge the system after 14 yrs you may have a small seal leak. Try picking up a recharge kit with a gauge attachment. This has worked well for me on my 3 Astros I currently own. Othwise the fuse box is on the drivers side left of the steering column.

Fuse panel is usually located under the dash by the driver's feet or under the hood.

Hello! I need to determine if the fuel pump relay is pulling...Do you have a voltmeter? If so set it to read +12 volts ...If you do not have or lack experience with a multimeter, let me know...Locate the Power train Control Module (PCM)...It is above the passenger foot well...see attached diagram...

Connect + meter probe to a safety pin inserted into the rear of PCM connector F pin #6...A Dark Green/White wire...With key on you must read +12 volts...If yes, Fuel Pump Relay is defective...If no...PCM is lacking the proper inputs from one of two sensors...The Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor or the Throttle Positioning Sensor (TPS)...Send a comment...Guru...Saailer

there is no relay power from control panel through pressure switchs to compressor

the fuel pump relay is located under the hood, check fuse f11 under the hood as well

Check fuse on stereo head unit.

It should be marked on the fuse block

Check to see if the fuel pump is kicking in,
when you turn the key on without starting the van you should hear it kick on for about 2 seconds,

It could be...
A clogged fuel filter...
Blown fuse for the pump..or bad pump relay..
No gas
Bad fuel pump

Chk. all fuses, there is a fuse for injectors, If no spark at plugs chk ignition fuse and switch, and chk. fuse for e.c.m. Can't help with diagram. Parts dept. chevy dealer will print you one out.
