1994 GMC SIERRA HESITATION PROBLEM!!

Well here is whats going on, When I take off, I press on the throttle it sounds like its going to stall. Once going it runs great. But when I am coming to a stop and once i slowly let off the throttle it starts acting up like its going to stall. If i idle out and pick up a little speed and then press the throttle it dont wanna hesitate. If I quickly let off the throttle coming up to a stop sign it quickly goes to idle instead of hesitating. So I have changed the spark plugs, plug wires, cap & rotor, fuel filter. I have sprayed carb cleaner all around the intake to see if it was leaking. No leaks. I have checked all the hoses and they are all good. Looked at the fuel injecters as I reved it up and they seem to be spraying evenly. One thing I did notice is that there is a clicking sound coming from the injector area that I didnt hear before. I have taken the throttle position sensor and it turns fine. I have taken the Idle control valve out and cleaned it up. What am I missing. It has no codes. The engine light has never came on. Im stumped since the engine light never came on and there are no codes.

How's the EGR Valve?

Have you looked at the TPS Sensor with a
scope, for bad spots or is it adjustable, that
you can do with a volt meter

The symptom sounds vacuum related

SOURCE: 1994 Gmc Seirra K1500 5.7 Engine 4x4 hesitation when I takeoff or come to a stop. I have changed the Plugs, Plug Wires, Cap and Rotor and Fuel Filter and still acting up.

What about the fuel pressure, have you monitored the fuel pressure. How about the MAP sensor, have you recorded the siganl when this happens and the O2 sensoras what are they doing when this happens. You have little testing just throwing parts at it from what i can see. Tinme to give a professional a chance here if you ask me.

4.3 V6. Engine stalls while at stop light. Will start and run for a couple of seconds.

Sounds like fuel injection issues. Could be the injectors, could be the clogged filters, or dirt in the tank. Could also be electrical problem, related to the alternator. If the battery is weak, the alternator is probably bad. Check those first.

I have a 1993 gmc seria 4.3 auto.It has bad hesitation and surges when crusing. Gas milage is half of what it used to be.

run fault codes and replace faulty sensors. Check that the cat converter is ok and not cracked and blocking the exhaust pipe.

I have a 1994 gmc 1500 truck with a 5.7 v8.one fuel injector is pumping fuel and the other injector is not!!!!i swapped the injectors and its not the injector.

Go to the parts store and get a noid light for your truck, plug it into the injector electrical and turn the engine over to see if there is electrical pulse, also check the fuel pressure, the pump needs 9-13 psi with the engine running. you know if there is no pulse your going to need to check the wireing first. let me know

check vacuum lines, near air canisters and air filters etc, usually rubber hoses, may be cracked ,split, dry rot enough to let air in. may as well start there.

By "OVERDRIVE '' . are you meaning the TCC ( torque converter clutch ) is engaged ? and if so, when you increase RPM's to accelerate, it should disengage otherwise causing a noticeable hesitation. Hope this helps
