The fuses for the main devices are housed in a control unit under the dashboard, to the left of the steering column. To gain access to them, remove the panel (A) releasing the tabs (B) in the direction of the arrow below and remove the screw (C).

i sorted the cigarette lighter out the fuse was not even there, i found out the screen is not working because someone had replaced the screen with a standard one so no heating element in it, but the horn i am struglng with , bought a new horn and fitted it still not working, where abouts is the relay as i dont hear any clicking at all, i have checked the fuse behind the glove box and it seems ok and i have changed it, but still nothing, the car never came with handbook so i am not sure where the relay for the horn is, thanks pete.
