I need help changing my brakes. my car is 99 chevy malibu. I cant seem to take off the big part!

I'm not sure what you mean by the big part. The caliper is held on by 2 bolts and the caliper mount is held on by 2 bolts. both must be removed to remove the rotor.

99 chevy malibu brake bleeding not working


if you are having this problem you will need a brake bleeding kit. this helps force the brake fluid round. the kit comes with all the fittings and you connect to a tyre valve, this primes the system so no need to pump the brake pedal, the kits are cheap and easy to use.

Cant find correct front rotors for my 2004 chevy malibu classic.


Sometimes when a car is built it may have parts from the previous year. Even though it is a 2004, the parts for a 2003 is what you need. Unless the front spindles were changed. Bring the old rotors to the local auto parts store so they can match them up. Other wise a trip to the local dealer is a last resort.

Where can I find A engine for a 99 chevy malibu


Hello there:
i would suggest going to you local salvage yard and see if they have one there for you.
I have a 98 caprice classic that i changed the motor in i paid 100 dollars for it at our local salvage yard with 34,589 miles on it and here it is 2009 and this car is still running strong ok?

when you hear a noise from your front wheel it is a signal to let you know that your brake need to be change,but if someone has service your car and found that it is worn then you should change it.

probably need to take it to a trans. shop. changing the fluid and filter in the trans. may help but only temporarily.
