Have fixed several wiper problems on chevy trucks in that year range .and in every caseproblem has been in the green circuit board of ththe wiper control . that is located under the hood on the fire wall just below the drivers side wiper . remove the screws off the cover plate and check for a broken solder joint on the grond wire . located where wire plugs in . most time you cant even see the bad solder joint ( called a cold joint ) but just resolder anyway . good luck

this is a big problem with chevs. I dont know what kind of car you have but it is probably the conection on the wiper motor is corroded. you can find it on the fire wall or under the plastic below the wipers

Radio and wipers work intermediately wipers will work if you hold wash button in
I do know this is not a BCM problem. I had my radio on when I disconnected the BCM and the radio stayed on.
It is possible that connector 4 at the junction box is loose. I know the radio connection goes through it, but not positive about the wipers.
That is the only place I believe the radio and wipers have in common. Otherwise it is two separate problems.

Where is the fuse box for wipers on a chev astro van 1996 the wipppers are not working
There is a fuse block under hood area and one on drivers side under dash this should be the one with wiper fuse check your owners manuel for fuse locations if you don't have manual contact your local dealer they should help at no charge.

Windshield wipers dont work all the time
very common chev problem. tap on the circut boart part of the motor and see if they start. replace the circut board only, you do not need the whole wiper motor

In our 1993 chev 1500 cant find where the antenna hooks up and also problem with the wipers only working intermitently
one thing at a time ant first on drivers side next to gas pedal right above it they are a box maybe 7 inche long maybe 3 inches wide made of metal with a wire plung on the side then on the top of box ant plugs into it after u take the little hanger off i think its a 7 or 8 mm socket and wiper prob u need a wiper motor try running a ground from body to the wiper motor if that dont work u need a motor

Windshield wipers don't work right. Try to and quit mid cycle.
YOUR WIPER MOTOR COULD HAVE BINDING LINKAGE AND PIVOTS.TRY LUBRICATE THEM WITH WD40.TRY NOT TO GET ANY ON WINDSHIELD.IF THIS DONT WORK WIPER MOTOR COULD BE FAULTY.
