If you have dual controls in your truck then you need to replace the blend door motor on the drivers side. Most likely the problem. The only other problem would be faulty wiring or bad control unit. Usually the blend door. It has 2 on the vehicle so be sure to get the right one.

2003 chevy silverado 2500hd heater fan goes on and off in cold weather

If it does it at all speeds, I would look at the controller. Loose plug or contact inside it. If it does it only in low speeds or only high, replace the resistor, behind the blower.

2003 2500HD , SILVERADO. WHEN YOU TURN ON EITHER THE BACK OR BACK&SEAT HEATER ON DRIVERS SIDE IT STAYS ON FOR A COUPLE OF SECONDS AND GOES OFF.PASS SEAT HEATER WORKS FINE. WHAT WRONG?

Hello and welcome. this almost always a bad seat heater element in the seat. the first thing that will need to be done, is have the seat control module scanned for trouble codes. also will need to check the seat heater elements resistances.

Need to restart diesel engine after running low on fuel, on a 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500HD

After putting more fuel in the vehicle
Open the hood
On the righthand side of the engine just to the side of valve cover, back by the firewall you will find a round plunger about 1 1/2" in diameter. The plunger will push down and come right back up on its own. Push the plunger rapidly till the pushing gets firmer or stiff.
Start it up. Sometimes it will have to be done a couple of times. I actually fined it works best to pump it firm and then have someone else start it while you keep pumping it. If you do it this way make sure your body is clear of all moving parts.
This is a very fast way of getting it going
Good luck
