Question about 2004 Toyota RAV4
It is a low tire pressure gauge. Should have button on dash by "trac off" button that shows the same symbol and says "reset". Press and hold this but with ignition in "on" position until the light goes off

And your question is what turns this on? well that can be over 100 different system faults, u need to go to an AutoZone or Kragen Auto and have them run the code retrieval test, it's free! Once we have the code(s) we can try to figure out what the problem is, it could be as simple as a gas cap left loose.
