To know the cost of a repair, one must first know what needs to be repaired! Otherwise, what you are asking is like calling the doctor and telling him you don't feel good...what will a cure cost??? If you give more specific description of knock, perhaps I can get you "a ballpark idea".

My engine started knocking after low oil pressure

These truck's are bad about oil pump's, I would replace the oil pump, and hope for the best, if the knocking goes away, then it's fix, but if you still have the knocking, the only fix is an engine overhaul, or a good used engine.

This is probably a "collapsed lifter" which is a reasonably common problem. It's not necessarily a serious problem but it can create headaches.
Lifters are hydraulic, they have a system that allows them to get taller or shorter using oil pressure and springs and this system isn't working on your lifter. It could be a piece of dirt, a bad spring, alot of reasons for it to not work.
That valve in your engine is not opening and closing properly so it will affect mileage to an extent. It could make it hard to pass an emissions or smog test. It will affect performance to some degree. It's highly unlikely that it will go away on its own.
Repairs will involve opening up the top of your engine, valve covers have to come off and the intake manifold as well so the camshaft and lifters can be got at. Lifters should be changed in complete sets, not individually and there are 2 per cylinder. A gasket kit will also be required and an oil change. You are looking at 4-5 hours of labour.
If it was my truck and I was planning on keeping it for another year or two I would fix it. If I was thinking about getting rid of it soon, I'd leave it as is and trade it now. You might lose a little on trade in value but not a lot and you would be rid of the problem.
You could try an oil additive but it will only put off the problem if it works. Hope this helps.

Check gages light came on driving a 2002 dodge durango now engines knocking

with engine running check the oil pressure gauge. if it is not reading you will have to check the pressure with an external gauge. the sensor on a v8 is locaterd rear of the engine next to the distributor. No oil pressure will starve the engine of lubrication and cause damage resulting in the knocking .

Knock sensor dont work for 2005 dodge durango

this problem is very seldom the knock sensor, it can be the harness connector at the sensor or the engine has excessive knock which will set a code, u did not mention the particular code so hard to say, the location of the knock sensor is the lower section of the engine block, it is screwed into what would normally be a block drain plug, if u replace it u need to torque it to whatever the factory spec is or it can cause it throw another code..
