You really don't say what diagram you want. The thermostat is located at the inlet to the engine of the upper radiator hose.

SOURCE: 2002 Pontiac Montana Thermostat replacement

check the coolant level fiirst...if that is low it wont give you any heat.....to change the thermostat you have to follow the top radiator hose to the engine.at the send of it you will see a clamp take it loose...then you will see the thermostat housing its held in place by 2 bolts . once you remove them you have the thermostat....make sure you clean all the old gasket material off both the housing and mount.also make sure you get a new gasket.

SOURCE: 2000 pontiac montana wipers stuck

This has happened a couple of times on my 1999 Pontiac Montana. Here's what I did to fix. Open the hood. Remove the shield over the the wiper cam mechanism on the passengers side. This is easy to access. Road salts and other dust and dirt gets in there and causes the sticking problem. Spray WD-40 in between the parts. Get in there with that little red spray straw and saturate it good, flush junk out. Get in the car and try the wipers. If I remember, you might have to manually place that little knob or lever on top of the cam in the opposite position to get it to resync, but try it first. Be sure the wipers are off when you're spraying the WD-40 so you don't injur your hands. I've had to do this twice and it worked both times.

Might be a weak or failing water pump... Does it leak antifreeze or do you have to add antifreeze very often? When the engine gets to operating temperature squeeze the top radiator hose and see if you can feel pressure from the water pump forcing water through it.

SOURCE: where is the thermostat on 2000 pontiac montana

Hello,
Just changed mine. It is located on the drivers side of the engine, almost directly under the throttle body. If you are really handy with tools/etc, you can get it off yourself, but it is very much of a pain. You will have to take off the entire throttle body to do it, including the coolant hoses that run to the Throttle. It is very tight up against the exhaust crossover pipe, but you do not have to take the exhaust off.
There are 2 bolts holding on a cast aluminum "manifold" that houses the thermostat. One of the coolant hoses run directly to it. You will have to use an open end wrench, because it is too tight for a socket. The bottom/lower bolt is almost hidden and will be difficult to get off, you will have to do it by "feel".

2000 pontiac montana blows cold air but does not heat up

Check your flapper doors and blower/ducts for clogs or problems.
Also the cooling system thermostat could be stuck open. Auto heaters have a tiny radiator heater core that uses hot engine coolant to warm the cabin air.
That all has to be working in order to get heat.

I need a serpentine belt diagram for a 2000 Pontiac montana

Usually the belt diagrams are under the hood or near the radiator in many cars. However, if you type "2000 pontiac montana belt routing" into Google, you will find the diagram.

2000 Montana heater problems. Only get very little heat in warmer weather. Temp guage doesn't always move. A/C and air flow are both fine. What could this be?

Your thermostat may be stuck open. Your cooling system could be low on coolant, but if that was the case your temp gauage should still move.
Would probably start with a thermostat-you may even have trouble code stored for the thermostat(P0128).
