Question about 1999 Hyundai Accent
Hi i think maybe it could be your "coolant engine tempreture sensor" or something under a similar name, if you still have hot air in the car but you tempreture gauge is reading cold, then i think it could possibly be that the wire has come off or the sensor is broken. hope this helps.

Is the heater blowing hot or cold ?
if its cold your thermostat could be stuck open, and the engine wont warm up
