Question about 2001 BMW 5 Series
On my bmw x5 the backin senor light keeps on blinking whenever i put the car on reverse and it does not give me the signal of how far i am from the other object. these past two days it has been realy cold. i dont know if the cold has effect on it or something else is wrong with it. can someone help me out i would really appreciate your help
Thanks in Advance
Sounds like one of your sensors is dead, but start buy cleaning all your sensors, dirt and ice can give a false reading, if you still have the same problem, with the engine off and the key turned on, put the car in reverse and listen to each sensor buy putting a screw driver on each sensor and putting your ear on the other end, the sensor should be giving a clicking sound, the one that does not have a clicking sound is faulty and needs to be changed.
Hope this helps, please don't forget to rate me.
