Question about 2003 Toyota ECHO
2003 Toyota Echo heat not working. Fan works, but no heat. Tried replacing fuse, but that didn't help. Any clues as to what the problem is?
Ok the contacts on the blend air door motor gets burnt...so i would follow these instruction to view the arm of the blend air door motor lever then start car adjust heat temp to see if arm moves if it does not then check electrical connection if good i would remove screws and open and clean the contacts you will see them ...NOTE the postion of the blend air door lever before you remove the motor..!!

There is a valve on one of the heater hoses that allows heated water to flow through the heater core when you select heat. With heat selected and car warmed up check to see if both of the hoses feel warm. If not then water is not flowing through heater core and valve may need replaced or heater core is stopped up.
