Question about Toyota Camry
There is a tensioner that you have to move with a wrench. if you remove the passenger side plastic inner fender and rim, it will make it a lot easier. I had the same problem my friends aunts car like that broke a belt and I had to replace it. tell him to look at it from the side and he will see a little piston that pushes on the tensioner bracket and just push in the direction that would compress the piston. it is very stiff though. he will probably be mad at you and toyota by the time he gets the belt off.
