Question about 1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
1998 chevy 1500 truck blowing cold air instead of warm when heater is on , change themostat, heater core hoses is warm, is there a door in the duct system , could be block
I had the same problem that I just fix by flushing the heater core out with a hose. take the two hoses off the fire wall and put the water to it and let flush. my heater is putting out 150 dg. F of hot air. I'm so excited! i will stay warm now.

The problem is the air temp control blend door electric stepper motor is defective, in order to change this part and make sure the blend door moves freely u must remove the entire dash assembly.
