Re: power outlets are not working....any idea which...
There is a fuse in the box under hood labelled accessories. check it . I would recommend using test light and touching to one side of fuse and then to other. if it doesnt light up pull it out and look at it. it makes it a lot easier to check fuses and faster too. you can buy a cheap one at parts store for under 10.00

Note the diagram. See the power point and cigar lighter, is that what your talking about? The top wire to component is voltage, bottom wire is ground. As you can see, the cigar lighter gets voltage from a fuse.
Ideas? Sure. Ahead of those two fuses is the accessory relay. When the ignition switch springs back from start to run, that relay closes and 12V from the 100A (!) J/B fuse in the engine compartment fuse/relay panel passes through the closed contacts of the accessory relay and the aforementioned fuses to the cigar lighter and the auxiliary power outlet. That's all there is to that circuit. Gee, I wonder what kind of cigar requires 100A to light it.
The power outlets get their power from the power outlet relay. The power outlet relay gets its power from fuse #21 in the Power Distribution Center (PDC) in the engine compartment. It is a 20 Amp fuse. If the other power outlet works, it is not caused by the relay or the fuse. You most likely would have a broken wire or defective power outlet in this case.
Which fuse did you install, and was it good or bad?Are both sockets dead? That car uses 2 fuses , each power outlet has its own fuse. R CIGAR and CIGAR, Fuses 10 and 13 Sometimes there is a fuse built into the cigar lighter socket, If the fuses are good, that fuse in the socket might be bad. If it is indeed bad, you will need a new socket. If you have a test light you can check for power at the center of the socket, if you do have power, then the ground plug may be off.
Check the fuses for the power outlets. They are separate than the cigar outlet. They are located under the back rear seat on the drivers side.It will be fuse number 46 for power outlet 1 and 15 for outlet 2.Hope this helps.Good luck.
thier are 3 fuses that run you power outlets one is the cigar fuse a red 10 amp then you have the ACC fuse 7.5 amp brown and then you have the blue 15 amp power outlet fuse they are all located in the drivers side fuse box where you allready checked the cigar fuse
