SOURCE: Car starts, drive a mile, stalls.

try haviing your alternator checked advance auto parts can check it while its on the car and the can check the battery too. if thats not it it may stall due to a loose battery connection or a loose ground strap. if it stalls and everything turns of (electrical) it may be a connection or ground strap.

SOURCE: Chevrolet automatic transmission turbo 350

Was this a preexisting problem if not verify that the trani fluid type was correct. It should have been dexron or Dexron 2 fluid(not mercon products) check the fluid level over filling can be just as bad as underfilling)

Leaking problem rear main leak

black oil or red oil
if red it is a torque converter seal and the transmission will have to be removed
use a professional auto transmission specialist shop
black oil is sump oil and can be from a rear main seal or leaking from a rocker cover gasket and running down to under the bell housing making it appear as a rear main seal

Transmission no pressure

Nope, no positives. It does sound like the pump has failed. If the stop leak didn't help seal any internal seals that may have failed, it looks like the transaxle will have to come out for repairs or another replacement.
I don't think the torque converter ever makes noise when bad.
I would think your diagnosis of a bad pump is correct, given no movement of fluid in the cooler lines. Kudos for checking the lines-cool idea, I never thought of that.

1993 A4LD oil leak

My 93' Stang has the same problem. Well you got a few things there, most likely the front pump seal. That seal connects your torque converter to the trans and allows fluid to flow through it if that gets worn it may leak, but it will usally do this if the engine is running or when it gets put under a heavier load (ie: Driving up a hill) it may still leak if the engine has just been shut off. could also be torque converter or flexplate im still working on that soloution.

When coming to a stop my Dodge Ram 2005 wants to and at times stalls. While putting on the brake and just prior to stopping the RPMs drop and the truck will stall, sometimes if I let up on the brake and...

It could be caused by a throttle body issue or an EGR valve problem, but it sounds more like your transmission torque converter clutch may be locking up. This can be cause several reasons. I'll list the most common. First check your transmission fluid. If its low it can cause the torque converter to lock up at low speeds. Next, if the transmission is a 545RFE the problem could be caused by the trans filter leaking at the seal. You will need to drop the trans pan and inspect the seal. There is a round filter and a flat one. The seal is up in the transmission where the flat filter plugs into the transmission. A new filter from Dodge will come with a new seal. These are the two most common causes of torque converter lockup. Try and slip it into neutral when you come to a stop and see if it dies. May be more of an indication of a torque converter lockup condition if it does.

there is a vent tube repair kit that u get from ford- they have been having problems with venting. the oil is most likely comming out of your dipstick tube- will only do it when the trans. is overheated and can't vent like it should.

My car makes a big clunk when I am coming to a stop and engine shuts off , I have a 95 buick century with 70000 miles on it. it happens after the engine has been running over twenty minutes.

this sounds like the transmission locking torque converter clutch is not disengaging, this will kill the engine. This problem is most often caused by a defective TCC solenoid.
