Question about 2001 Dodge Durango
Drivers side heated seat not working. When press the switch to turn it on the led on the switch just blinks. Any ideas would be great!!
The heater element for the seat is broken or damaged....It will need to be replaced....The blinking light lets you know there is a problem and does not let power flow to the element. This is for safety reasons to prevent short out or even fire.

I had this problem on my 2001 Durango - leather seats - about 4 years ago. I had it checked out when I was in for routine maintenance. All I found out was that the dealer's only solution was to change out the seat (for $700). Yes - those leather seats are (still) cold in the winter!
