Small vibration at idle. if you increase idle 100 rpm truck is smooth as silk
Have your idle air control motor cleaned. there are no idle adjustments on this engine. typically the idle air control valve becomes gummed up with carbon. while cleaning the valve you may also want to clean the mass air flow sensor. you will need special cleaners for both which can be purchased at any auto parts store.

Water jackets pretty tight on heads. Replacing engine right now for this problem on customer work van. Pull plugs and look for any cylinders with antifreeze in them. This truck had 250k and same problem.

Your Idle air control valve is probably going bad. It is located on the throttle body and is a relatively easy fix as it is only held in with 2 screws. Good luck and thanks for using FixYa!

When you say "throughout" that would indicate that it is coming from the rear of the truck..
There could be a number things causing this..
It could be a bad tire or a broken belt on a tire..
A test for this is - roll along at 3 miles per hour.. If you feel a wobble - that is probably a broken belt in a tire..
Or maybe even a bent axle..
It could be a bad universal in the drive shaft..
It could be a broken shock/strut or mount or both..
