Ihave a 1995 GMC Jimmy. Lost power to the fuse block for the power windows and the heater blower. checked the circuit breaker and all the fuses and all the fusable links I could find. I'm not getting power...

I had a similar problem in my jeep . it drove me nuts until I figured out it was the ignition switch. Not the ignition lock where you put the key but the ignition switch. Not sure about your jimmy, but it should be on top of the steering column under the dash.

My 1995 jimmy shuts of with a check eng light on starts back up after 30 sec my brakes and abs also come on at the same time

Check the charging system,it needs to be 13.65 volts to14.25 volts output at the battery, with the ac/heat on high blower, and the headlights on,if it is lower than tis, then the alternator needs replacing.

Blower on heater works sometimes, sometimes it doesnt. Can be driving down the road and it suddenly starts blowing. What could be the problem? A short in the wiring? Blower motor going out? Blower level...

Sounds like the blower resistor. It will either be located in the engine compartment outside the motor or inside the vehicle inside the blower motor cover. It could also as well be selector switch
