Dash light and passenger tail light out

Sounds to me like there is a set of wires somewhere that are shorted together. Recheck all of your new sound system connections are correct and that a ground wire didn't get accidentally put together. Good Luck!

Dash lights burned out

Make sure that you didn't inadvertently turned the dash light off. There is a dimmer dial on the left side of the steering column. If that's ok, then check for blown fuse.

What does the red exclamation mark with a circle around it mean on the dash when it lights up on a 1995 Lancer (automatic). It is on constantly when driving.

I think its the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring sensor) indicator. Check your air pressure in all your tires and see if thats it.

Mitsubishi lancer coupe 1993 broken indicator

Check the bulbs, if you haven't already, if they are ok it's most likely the flasher, which is mounted on the fuse block under the dash.
