Question about 2004 Ford Taurus
Car has a good battery, fuel and spark. The car wants to start but it seem to flood, to much fuel. Also has the engine check light on. I plugged in the OBD scanner but could not retreive the code. NEED HELP !!!!!!! Thanks Mike
Ford dealerships have a scanner called an IDS.you will need to find out that code for the CEL that will start you on your path to fixing it.is it possible that due to the cranking the engine is SEVERELY flooded and new spark plugs will have to be installed?i would need more info as to what happened before the car started acting up.
