Question about 2002 Dodge Stratus
There is power to the headlights, power windows, interior lights, and heater, but no power to the starter. I have tried to start in park and neutral, but no go. There is no solenoid noise or no attempt to turn over. There is no cranking whatsoever. Does anyone have a solution. I will check the wires to the starter; to make sure they are tight. How do I test for the ignition switch?
Sounds like starter motor they do play dead sometimes get someone to sit in car turn key all the way to start position and hold it on! then you get a long bar of some sort tire iron perhaps smack the starter once it should turn over! if so and starts you probably will want to change it! let me know how you made out!.John
