My truck just started stalling out on me too. I was driving, went to come to a stop, went into idle at the stop-light and then the engine started vibrating, rpm's dropped down to 250rpm and then the truck died. Started it right back up and it did it at the next stop. It is progressively getting worse as time goes by.

FROM LUSTY KID:

Folks, Crank Angle Sensor and Throtle Sensor need checking.
Unless you have the manual, have it analyze with the code checker, While you are it, have them check also the Mass Air Flow sensor.

By the way, check to see that the PCV Valve hose is not rotten. If Rotten, Obviously replace. Might spare you from the above.

Check fuel filter, relay, fuel pump, sometimes the pump will run, but still too weak to run an engine at speed or underload. If fuel pressure checks out to be fine, look for a clogged catalytic converter.

When I come to a stop my Sequoia stalls. When I put it in neutral or park it starts right back up, but as soon as you shift into gear it stalls. If I increase rpms then shift into gear will drive and...

Stalling is normally caused by a problem with
A) Lack of air - check your air filter
B) Lack of fuel - the fuel filter/fuel injectors get dirty
C) Lack of spark - inspect your plugs & wires
Might want to try cleaning the throttle body. Every 30k miles they should be cleaned.
Best bet however is to take it to a reliable, licensed mechanic. Vehicles 1996 & newer can have diagnostic codes read by a computer hooked up to the vehicle, identifying the problem.
