Sounds like the resistor is burned out that controls the different fan speeds.

Verify the fuse for that feature at fuse box. Replace the selector or control switch.

How to replace a blower motor on a 2002 durango, under the dash the fan only runs on hi-speed

if the fan is working on high speed then you don't need to replace it. You need to replace the resisters that control the fan speed. It's far more cheaper by the way

2003 Dodge Durango A/C Heater Blower does not work?

Sounds like a bad blower motor resistor. That part is what changes the speed of the blower, and your original blower motor may not be bad if it was running on high only. It may have been the resistor.

01 durango only blows on high

doubt it was a rebuild but i would suspect that part has failed again... if you have a multimeter perhaps test it... tho the fan may be causing the part to prematurely fail.

Blower resistor

Fastest way is by putting an ohmeter across terminals. No continuity, it's bad. Easy way if no ohmeter is to take it out and look at it. There are two or three wire coils on inside... If any are broken, it's bad.
