Does the Kia Sorento 2006 needs a Fuse or something to reset Cruise Control? Thanks Dave

Not really. It is controlled by the ECM. If that fuse blew, you would have lost many other things, like engine not starting.

My KIA Sorento was as 60,050 miles when the check engine light came on. I know this can be many things but why did it come on just after my warranty expired at 60,000 miles ? Is it something I should be...

The emission cannister is a load of ****.There is nothing wrong with your motor. You seem to have done all things correctly. The engine light can be reset without going to a dealer. Many local mechanics know how to do it..Now.Make sure you do the camshaft timing belt when it needs to be done.If it breaks, big dollars. It bends the valves in the head of the motor. Now that is expensive. The main thing is to keep good oil in the motor.Oil is cheaper than metal.
Hope this helps

2006 kia sorento makes a squealing sound under

It is either the tesnioner or the belt....easy way to find out is to spray the pulley that has no grooves....that's the tensioner. Spray it with WD-40 or equivalent, in the middle of the pulley. That is the bearing housing. Spray only that first. Start the motor...if it goes away, then you have found your problem. Try not to spray the belt.

If it still squeals, spray the belt with the engine running. If it squeals, replace the belt.

Has anything been done to the motor recenlty? If so, one of the pulleys may be a little off-centered.

Let me know what you find.

2006 sorento wipers wont go down all the way when off

The wiper motor has a park mode built in. It's one of two possible problems. The park mode is bad and the motor needs to be replaced. Usually this can be identified by the wipers stopping all over the place.
The second is that the linkage off of the motor has moved, and it will park in the same spot all of the time. Here you need to release the motor to linkage nut, and move the arms to where they should be, and retighten.
