It's on top of the radiator. Don't add stop leak to the reservoir, it will only create other problems.

Where do i add radiator stop leak in a 2001 taurus

Remove radiator cap with engine cold, remove enough fluid so it can be replaced with stop leak. Add all stop leak & top off with anti freese. Put cap back on & start engine. Run engine for at least 20 minutes or take for a drive. Leak should stop if not too severe.Hope this advice helps if so rate accordingly. Good luck!

Antifreeze overflow

Heater not working sounds like a blower motor or heating core. Make sure that your antifreeze is green and mix 50/50 with water, now check and sqeeze your hoses running from and to the Radiator and if its VERY hard and has a crunch sound, it's blocked up, use radiator flush and follow directions, If not than look into the Thermostat b/c if it needs repaired than it will stick and let enough fluid into the engine so that it does not overheat yet with the pressure will back up into the resevoir. My new thermostat is a 140 degree and i've never soon my temp meter get to half way after that.

Where is 2003 Ford Focus ZTW radiator cap?

If your resevoir cap is a screw on cap it is probably the only cap you have most cars nowadays pressurize the resevoir and this is where you add coolant and dont have a rad cap
