1994 Chevy corsica Started missing after heavy rain. Has dried up but still missing. Could this be the kolpak or mechanical problems

most likely it is a electrical problem. Check your plug wires and plugs first. Replace them. If still missing, move on to the coilpacks.

Need to get brights working on Corsica 1994

There is not a separate fuse for the high and low beam headlights. When you pull back on the dimmer switch do you hear it click? I am betting that you don't and this would lead me to believe that the dimmer switch is either defective or out of adjustment.

Cooling fan 94 corsica

Replacing the fan is a straight nut and bolt job.
The fan is going to be the expensive part.
I would suggest a local wrecking yard for the part.

Try checking the fusible links in the wiring harness near the starter. My 91 had a similar problem where I lost my radio and my headlights. Turned out those fusible links were all corroded. replaced the bad ones (winter time- pain) and all was well again.
