Open the back hatch and in the well of the hatch you'll see two big screw that hold the black trim that holds all the lights on the rear right side and the same for the left. Once you take of the whole console (it's a little tricky you'll have to pivot it like opening a car door for it to come off) inside back you'll see all the light socket pushed into the console. Turn and pull out for each socket and then you'll see each light bulb. from there just replace the bulb.

The rear pads I bought for 2003 Hyundai sante fe do not fit, what do I do.

It's probably because of excess paint on the area of the new pads that slide on the bracket and you have to file/sand the paint off. I got the cheap Duralast brake pads from Autozone and they didn't have any paint on the pad and they slid right in. I also made a video of me changing them if you want to see that.

My brake light is on and my care seems to be sluggish

Your brakes may be dragging due to not releasing properly. Suggest that you take the car to a brake shop and have them inspect the entire system. Good luck!

Parking brake

I just replaced rotors on my 2003 Santa Fe, There are 2 phillips screws in the rotor that must be removed. There is an auto adjuster on bottom of brakes. That inspection hole is very small! Sometimes you must tap a hammer around the drum to loosen the rust. Hope this helps.
