How can you manually pull codes from 95 Nissan Maxima using a screwdriver? No one I've taken my car to can read the codes since it older than a 96.

Pull the little black cover off on the floor board next to the gas pedal, the silver box is the pcm the screw you see on the side there is what you turn, 1st turn the key on ,then turn the screw all the way to the right , wait 2 seconds then turn all the way back , the check engine light will flash slow for the first half of the code then flash fast for the second half for example 3 slow flash then 3 quick flash would be code 0303 , it may flash 10 slow and 5 quick that would be code 1005 and so on

Is there an OBD1 readear for a 95 Nissan Maxima?

In rare cases your 1995 Maxima might use OBD2 but it is probably a OBD1. You could try an OBD1 reader but unfortunately OBD1 was not anywhere as useful for diagnostics as the OBD2.

How do i fix a flashing seat belt light on a 2012 nissan maxima 2.5s

Try pulling all the most used seat belts-- out-- a few times

If the light doesn't go off-- then you will have to look at the
SRS Module (air bag) for codes & diagnose a problem

Engine light blinking on 95 Nissan maxima

If the engine light is blinking then there is a fault and if you watch the blinks carefully you will probably find a code in the pattern of the blinks.. have the codes read as well .

95 Nissan Maxima with fuel injection issue.

Could be battery, starter or coolant sensor.

It is hard to understand / get across engine noises with words so difficult to diagnose over the net but try to push start the car and let me know if it starts ok with a push. Also, maybe try a jump start, preferably using a circuit protector if you have one.
Let me know results of the above.

My 95 nissan maxima alarm went off now the radio won't work. is there a code i need to enter somewhere?

There are no codes in Nissan vehicles for the radio. Nissan has never used the security radioes. If it is a factory radio I would check the fuse first.
